First I would like to point out the professionalism display from my first call to Ferguson & Son. Initially I spoke to Jesse and he was very courteous and professional. Even after the job was done he displayed the same professionalism on follow up calls. The technician that showed up to do the job was outstanding, his name was Jordan. He was very kind and courteous and professional he pointed out exactly what he did, and gave me guidance to help maintain my system in the future. Being retired military I feel I can tell when people enjoy what they are doing and always try to give the best customer service. I’ve been in and around the construction industry for 25+ years and am always thankful for professionals that understand customer service and treating each customer with value and integrity. And Jesse and Jordan did just that and beyond. Jesse took my call late in the day and never once seemed bothered by this. Yes they advertise 24hr, but I am someone who values time with your family more than the next job. Jesse showed up early the next day to access my septic tank and talk through with me what he could see before they pumped it. Appreciated that. Jordan came with the pump truck and was very professional and engaging the whole time. Wasn’t bothered by questions or me watching out of curiosity. He got to work and went the extra mile to ensure we were back up and flowing properly into the tank along giving some honest feedback on keeping everything running properly moving forward. We had a bit of a septic emergency….septic breaker tripped, alarm didn’t sound because of it and our tank ran over. As soon as we found out about it, Ferguson and Sons was out within an hour and a half to pump the system and truly save us. Thank you, Jessie, for coming to help our family out so quickly.
